By Wilson Macaulay

The Delta State Members of Ex - Agitators of Presidential Amnesty,  Phase Three under the Leadership of

Hon Ambassador Birinumughan Jesse  has commended the laudable leadership quality of General Barry Ndiomu (Rtd)

for placing priority on service delivery

to the Ex-Agitators .

The Group of Ex - Agitators observed

in their statement that they have experienced alot of positive impact under the watch of Ndiomu as the helms man of the Amnesty programme

in the area of creation of Co-operative

Societies, constant payment of stipends,

making himself accessible, transparency, playing a fatherly role with listening ears..

Ambassador Birmingham Jesse the National Leader Delta  State  who spoke in Warri posited that as they look forward to  the outcome of the composition of the Cooperative Board  Committee,  there is need for

a Delta State representive to be among the Cooperative Board to  represent Delta Delta State  from the pool of Ex - Agitators.

The Youth Ambassador Birinimughan stressed that Delta State is strategic in the Amnesty Scheme and it is necessary

and fair to recognize Delta State as it is done for other States in the spirit of equity and justice.

Ambassador Birinumughan Jesse  stated further  that when

The Ex- Agitators held  a meeting in

Yenagoa,

Bayelsa State Capital, he Ambassador Birinimughan  represented Delta State , recalling that after that meeting, he convened another larger meeting in Delta to educate the Ex - Warlords about the importance of cooperative societies introduced by General Barry Ndiomu (Rtd)

Ambassador Birinimughan  pointed out that , the idea of

Cooperative which is the brain child of Barry Ndiomu is a highly welcomed one

because it will totally eradicate hardship and make the Ex-Agitators capable to fend for their family and even become labour employers as they keep on Building Capacity through the Cooperative Societies.

According to  Ambassador  Birinimughan Jesse, the Ex - Agitators from Delta State are indeed very elated with General Barry Ndiomu Calling the shots as the helmsman

of the Amnesty Programme.

However, he noted that the Ex - Agitators  from Delta State are lamenting that they have no representative at the Federal Level through whom they can easily submit their Cooperative forms for transmission to  the headquarters in Abuja hence the need for a Delta State Rep to considered.

Also Speaking,   the Delta  State Chairman, Comrade

Abuja Seleoge

and Comrade Louis Ujeyah the State Secretary

in  their contributions strongly stated that there need for a Deltan Ex- Agitator to be nominated to represent the Ex -Agitators from Delta

State in the Board  because Delta State

played a Major role  to bring about peace between the offíce and the Ex- Agitators.
