Wilfred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has said that the party and her governorship candidate's victory at the Tribunal and Court of Appeal was, and still the true position of the mandate given to the incumbent Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff F.O. The reason is very simple; it's their last hope to get what they do not deserve, relying on unscrupulous interventions, media propaganda and laughable permutations that does not add up legally. APC propagandists consistently talked about the party's national assembly election victories in some federal constituencies and senatorial districts as affirmed by the Court of Appeal, as if Delta State is the only state in Nigeria where opposition parties won and lost some constituencies and senatorial districts.
