Chief Someni Commends Uvwie Momarch’s Peaceful Reign As Abe I Marks 13 Years On The Reverred Throne

Chief Sunday Agbugbu JP, the Eni of Uvwie cum Unuevworo Etche R’ Erovie of Uvwie Kingdom has commended the peaceful and memorable reign of His Royal Majesty, Dr. Emmanuel Ekemejewa Sideso, Abe I  JP OON , the Ovie of Uvwie kingdom who marked his thirteen years  coronation anniversary on the revered  throne as Uvwie Monarch on the 18th of February 2021.


Chief Sunday Agbugbu the Unuevworo Etche R’ Erovie  of Uvwie kingdom and   distinguished Managing Director of Someni Nigeria Limited who spoke in his office chamber, also expressed appreciation to  His Excellency, Senator Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa the governor of Delta State for his supportive role to Uvwie kingdom through the SMART Agenda and the  Stronger Delta vision which  have attracted development to Uvwie land  and  placed Delta State on the path of irreversible growth and development.


Chief Sunday Agbugbu who described Uvwie people as lucky in his congratulatory message thanked God Almighty for the gift of having Abe1 as the Royal Father of Uvwie kingdom, adding that his thirteen years on the revered throne has brought abundant peace and unassailable developmental giant strides.


Chief Someni the Unuevworo of Erovie while harping on the achievements of the Uvwie monarch explained that the Uvwie palace built by Abe 1 and commissioned by Governor Okowa during the 10th Coronation anniversary in 2018 is one landmark for which the Uvwie people will forever remain grateful.


Someni, the respected Chief of Uvwie traditional council stated that right from 2008 when Abe 1 took over the saddle of leadership of Uvwie kingdom, he has been recording one milestone after the other, stressing that the Monarch’s dexterity has made it possible for the kingdom to record the numerous positive changes.


Chief Someni, who further gave vivid examples of the prowess of the Uvwie Royal Father said: “I must remark that the peace we have today in Uvwie land is commendable. We thank God for Abe 1 whom God is using as an instrument to achieve that wonderful fit for us because peace is a fundamental essential for the growth and development of any society”.


Speaking further on the Uvwie Royal Father’s achievement particularly on education, he stated: “when Abe 1 ascended the throne he promised a policy trust to vigorously pursue education for Uvwie people. I am glad to inform you that our Royal Father is hundred percent committed to that promise because as at today we have over 250 Uvwie indigenes who are beneficiaries or recipients of the Monarch’s scholarship programme and they are studying in different universities and tertiary institutions of learning across board”.


He pointed out during the interactive session that in the reign of Abe 1 the kingdom have gotten two Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN), which is a thing of joy to the Monarch in particular and the Uvwie people in general.


Chief Sunday Agbugbu the Unuevworo Etche R’ Erovie of Uvwie kingdom while emphasizing some unique attributes of the Monarch, stated that Abe 1 is indeed a beacon of hope, a great counselor, a motivator, a builder, committed to excellence in education.


He called on the Uvwie people at home and in Diaspora, friends and well wishers of Uvwie kingdom and other relevant stakeholders to give more support to the Royal Father for him to do more adding that Uvwie need more professors with the relevant skills to become management staffs, Chief Executive Officers, Vice Chancellors, Principals in our citadel of learning.
