Governor Diri of Baysela Commisions Projects in Warri/Uvwie During His Official Visit to Gov. Okowa of Delta State

 HIs Excellency, Senator Douye Diri, the governor of Bayelsa State who was on a One day State visit to governor Okowa of Delta State yesterday commissioned Ubeji Access Road, NPA Expressway Access Road to Warri Refinery and Petrol chemical company, Ekpan and the newly established  Ighogbadu secondary school in Okere Urhobo kingdom, in Warri.Senator Douye Diri visiting governor of Bayalsa state who was the special guest of honor at the commissioning ceremony of the three notable projects appreciated the laudable strides of governor Okowa  aka Road Master whom be described as a workaholic and trailblazer .He observed in his speech that Delta state under the watch of governor Okowa is faring very well hence the masses are affirming the acronym of Road Master given to him by his political foot soldiers. Governor Douye Diri remarked that governor Okowa of Delta State is building more schools to accommodate the educational need of Deltans thereby crystalizing the Mantra of a Stronger Delta vision. The Visiting Bayelsa State governor while appreciating the magnificent double two-storey building edifice built by the Okowa Administration for the Okere-Urhobo Warri Community recalled: “with a good sense of my humble background, as a man who attended and studied in a mud school house I can see in this wonderful edifice future notable lawyers, doctors, legislators, governors and presidents. The vision and impact of governor Okowa will remain a land mark and will continue to blossom in Delta and beyond long after his exit of office by 2023.Governor Okowa in his address thanked the visiting governor of Bayesal State, member of the national assembly present the state exco, HRM Emmanuel Ono Okumagba, Okumagba 11 the Orosuen of Okere-Urhobo kingdom Warri for ensuring that  the contractors where given the needed support to work peacefully at their various work sites to execute and finish there projects in record time.Governor Okowa in reaction to earlier request madde by his HRM Okumagba 11 in his welcome address directed the honorable commissioner of education, to continue the process of building more class rooms to accommodate the teaming population of student at Ighogbadu secondary school.Speaking further, governor Okowa added: “no amount of money spent on education of our children is too much, my focus is to keep my promises and ensure that I lay a solid foundation that can be built upon by my successor by the time I will be living office in 2023.HRM Okumagba 11 the Orosuen of Okere-Urhobo kingdom Warri, Dr Tidi Michael, chairman Warri south LGA, Hon Eburu Kelly Akopoyovwi PDP councillorship candidate Okumagba ward two, Hon Engr Felix Ogedegbe, PDP campaign chairman Okumagba ward two, Hon Matthew Poko Opuoru house of assembly member representing Warri consistency 11 Pas. Until then, their report remains a reckless misrepresentation aimed at misleading the public.” PTI clarified that all its lecture halls, laboratories, workshops, and hostels are structurally sound, properly ventilated, electrically powered, and routinely maintained. The Institute prides itself on maintaining a safe and conducive academic environment for learning, innovation, and professional development in the oil and gas sector. The management in clear terms described the publication as the work of “unscrupulous elements seeking to sow discord and cast aspersions on the steady infrastructural development PTI has recorded in recent years.” As a center of excellence in petroleum training and manpower development, PTI has, under its current administration, seen remarkable transformation in terms of physical infrastructure, digital modernization, and student welfare programs. The Institute continues to attract local and international recognition for its cutting-edge research and high-impact training curriculum.
