Delta2023 : The Need For Augoye To Serve The People Of Delta State As Governor -----------------Ugasa

Comrade Okaro Ugasa a grassroot Mobilizer of the People Democratic Party in Delta State  has underscored the need for the People of Delta State to support the governorship ambition of Chief James Augoye come 2023.

 Comrade Ugasa made a clarification over the choice of Augoye as Governor saying : "Let us come   and work for a common goal of Supporting people who have competence, capacity and character in public offices. 

Delta people needs the likes of Chief James Augoye who is very much aware that public office is to render selfless and social services for  the greater good of the people, and earn their trust."

For players in the field of politics, 2023 is as close as the next couple of months, so there is the need to set eyes on the ball, scheming and strategizing on how to reach out to the people to score goals.Though, Chief James Augoye is currently serving as the Delta State Commissioner for Works, he is quietly consulting various political stakeholders and the people on his governorship ambition because he is one of rare politicians who strongly believe in the notion that political power comes from the electorates

There is the need for Chief James Augoye to contest the governorship seat come 2023, because for sometime now, discerning Deltans have been following critically the antecedents of the Okpe - born politician and they have come to the conclusion that he is eminently qualified to occupy the most exalted position of the State and he represents the yearnings and aspirations of Deltans, and if elected he will improve on the developmental strides of Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa - led government, under the mantra of S.M.A.R.T. Agenda.

Chief Augoye has proved to the people of his Delta Central Senatorial District and the remaining two Senatorial Districts of Delta North and South, his political sagacity in the course of his political career particularly since he has been appointed as the Honourable Commissioner for Works.

On this note, he has demonstrated commendable capacity and applaudable ability as he is in concert and complementing the efforts of the Delta State Governor currently making giant strides in the numerous road and bridge projects executed by the Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa - led administration across the State.

 

It is a glaring fact that, different political pressure groups across the three Senatorial Districts of Delta State have declared their unalloyed supports for Chief James Augoye as Governor, come 2023, which is a proof of the stuff he is made of.

The Delta State Honourable Commissioner for Works was born to an accomplished civil servant- father who worked in the Delta State Local Government Service Commission, and he is well trained as an astute administrator armed with the potential tools of education needed to drive democracy and lead the people with ease.

His word is his bond and a worthy political player whose  antecedents in politics speaks volume. Since he came into politics he has shown his leadership qualities without reasonable doubts till date. He is one of the few Commissioners who were reappointed by the Governor,  Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa in his second term of office which showed that: one good turn deserve another.

2023 is another opportunity for the people to choose who become the next Governor of Delta State. Majority of people are calling on the rave of the moment of Delta politics, Chief James Augoye, the current Commissioner for Works, to contest the governorship seat and they are poised to give him all the supports he needed to win because they are very optimistic that when Chief James Augoye come on board, the people will feel more impacts of good governance and dividends of democracy will be evenly distributed and he shall improve the pace of development of the S.M.A.R.T. Agenda.
