My Birthday Anniversary in terms of Goodwill Messages Was a Blast --------- Dr Fred Latimore EAC to Gov. Okowa

Dr Fred Latimore Nuvie Ighenesibve Esq. the Executive Assistant Communication to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State yesterday described his birthday anniversary as a blast in terms of the Goodwill Messages and prayers that were sent to him when he marked the event.

The top Governor Aide stated in his Twitter handle: 


         "I deeply appreciate the multifaceted support given to the LATIMORE BRAND and the Office of the Executive Assistant (Communications) by my boss the Platinum Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, without which my job would have suffered miscarriages and premature deliveries. Thank you my OGA, the grass rooted politician, political mathematician and the indefatigable public administrator. I remain loyal till 2023 and beyond. 


Thanks to the capacity Chairman of the Delta State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP,  Olorogun Barr. Kingsley Esiso, aka Sabi Chairman; and his result oriented State Exco, for acknowledging my unblemished service to the platinum governor of Delta State, the state government and our great party, PDP.

 In summation he said: "Last but not the least, special thanks to my jewel for 30 years and still counting, Evangel Mrs Esther Onome Latimore Oghenesivbe, for her support, fervent prayers and for morally and spiritually managing the home front while I spent countless hours crafting strategic contents that have placed the LATIMORE BRAND in an enviable position in the scheme of things. Thank you, my dear wife!

Until then, their report remains a reckless misrepresentation aimed at misleading the public.” PTI clarified that all its lecture halls, laboratories, workshops, and hostels are structurally sound, properly ventilated, electrically powered, and routinely maintained. The Institute prides itself on maintaining a safe and conducive academic environment for learning, innovation, and professional development in the oil and gas sector. The management in clear terms described the publication as the work of “unscrupulous elements seeking to sow discord and cast aspersions on the steady infrastructural development PTI has recorded in recent years.” As a center of excellence in petroleum training and manpower development, PTI has, under its current administration, seen remarkable transformation in terms of physical infrastructure, digital modernization, and student welfare programs. The Institute continues to attract local and international recognition for its cutting-edge research and high-impact training curriculum.
