Obule Appeals to PMB to Release Delta 4.2 Million ,Says Okowa Can Be Trusted For Judicious Use of Funds ------Supports Governor Okowa 's Exco Dissolution

Comrade Francis Obule JP , the Delta State Coordinator of PDP Mobilizers has sent a compassionate appeal to President Muhammadu Buhari to prevail on any body trying to subvert Justice by blocking the process of transferring the 4.2 million link to James lbori to the Delta State Government.

Comrade Francis Obule JP who spoke in Sapele Delta State assertted that Governor Okowa can be trusted for the Judicious use of the repartrated funds  based on his track record as a good resource manager as attested to by the recent UN envoy report.

Obule observed in his open letter to President Buhari that  it is germane to release the funds to Delta State because  it will go along way to address key projects as outlined  by our amiable governor before now.


The erudite Justice of Peace also appealed to governor Okowa that when the money finally arrive he should use part of the funds to offset some of the DESOPADEC Contractors  to whom the Commission is indebted to reduce the hardship and burden of  Contractors.

While Speaking on the recent dissolution of the State Exco  Comrade Obule said : " lt is a welcomed development because before now every  Government have what we call reshufflement of cabinet to pave way for numerous party. faithful  who have worked so hard for our great Party, PDP.

Comrade Francis Obule stressed that the governor decision to dissolve the Exco was long overdue , particularly when a lot of persons are still lining up and the people in Government were already being distracted by the various activities of  2023 to be known.

He added : " This will also create an opportunity for those  who have not tasted  any appointment now to be inculcated into the new cabinet that Will be formed any moment from now by His Excellency, to assist him in finishing strong without distractions.

The Justice of Peace also used the window of the opportunity to appeal to the governor to consider some  of the  "Group Leaders" who worked so hard and  tirelessly during the 2019 general election for appointment as a way of  encouragement for them to do more for the PPD victory come 2023.


He noted that it is  a truism that some of the Party faithfuls and leaders have worked so hard without any appointment 

While speaking on the 2023 brohaha Obule said : " The Governor Okowa  l know can be trusted not to disappoint the people of Delta Central but one thing I know is that the area the candidate Will come from is just what I can not say but as for who will become governor, he or she must be from the Delta Central angle.


Comrade Obule remarked in his summation saying : " This opening of window of dissolution will pave way for some of us to be included into his Government, especially now that we  have just celebrated the sixth anniversary , it is a great opportunity for him to bring on board new players that will help him to achieve the vision of a Stronger Delta, he concluded.
