HRM Ovie Of Agbon Kingdom Holds Private Talks With Okowa's EAC, Oghenesivbe. ...Receives Royal Blessings.

Ovie of Agbon Kingdom in Ethiope East  Local Government Area of Delta State, His Royal Majesty, Ogunrimerime Ukori 1, on Thursday 15 July, 2021, had a two hour private meeting with the Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Communications, Chief Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, JP, inside the royal chambers of the palace.


The meeting which may be related to political developments in the state, was at the instance of the king.


The Eacgov said he sat under the tutelage of his royal father and elder statesman for about 120  minutes, adding that the father and son discussion was very timely and illuminating, but refused to disclose the details.


"I was privileged to tap from my King's reservoir of knowledge, as he took me through deep things and historical facts about statecraft and strategic leadership.


"He also prayed for my wellbeing, career advancement and longevity. 


"His reign has brought peace, progress and steady socioeconomic development  to the kingdom. 


"My King is blessed with uncommon wisdom, and I was privileged to benefit from his wisdom class and great sense of humour," Oghenesivbe said.
