Obule Lauds Nani for Achievement, Leadership Quality

 The Delta State Coordinator of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) mobilizer, Comrade 

Francis Obule (JP) has commended Chief Hon. Barr. John Obokowho Nani, Executive Director of 

Finance and Administration (EDFA) of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission 

(DESOPADEC) for his contribution to Delta State, describing him as a distinguished personality 

who has impacted positively in the lives of many persons across the state.

 Hon. Obule in a chat with newsmen in Warri lauded the efforts of Barr. Nani who has been 

committed to the upliftment and development of his immediate community and beyond.

 He further said that his relationship with him has shown that Nani remains a detribalized 

Deltan who does not discriminate and is always willing to assist at all times, adding that he has a 

listening ear and a focused leader that is always ready to assist.

 In his words “As you celebrate another milestone of achievement in your commitment to 

the development of the Stronger Delta Agenda of Governor Okowa, we prayed to God for 

guidance and protection as you also mark your birthday”.

 Comrade Obule also commended the EDFA for his pragmatic efforts and approach to 

issues towards the progress and development of Delta State.

 Obule who is also the pioneer chairman of DESOPADEC Indigenous Contractors Forum 

praised the EDFA for the harmonious relationship between him and other members of the board 

which has brought peace and unity among themselves and the host communities.

According to him “You have been steadfast, committed and determined in your positive 

contribution to the development of your community and Delta State. We encourage you to 

continue and do more for humanity”

He prayed to God to grant Nami wisdom, good health and long life as he joined hands 

with the DESOPADEC CEO and M.D, Chief Hon. Askia Ogieh and His Excellency, Senator, Dr. Ifeanyi 

Okowa in the journey to make Delta State better and finish stronger with the determination to 

ensure that by 2023 Delta State would be better than he met it.

Hon. Obule wished Chief Nani more glorious years ahead as he entered another chapter 

of life, praying for him to excel to higher position in his service to God and humanity.

The Institute prides itself on maintaining a safe and conducive academic environment for learning, innovation, and professional development in the oil and gas sector. The management in clear terms described the publication as the work of “unscrupulous elements seeking to sow discord and cast aspersions on the steady infrastructural development PTI has recorded in recent years.” As a center of excellence in petroleum training and manpower development, PTI has, under its current administration, seen remarkable transformation in terms of physical infrastructure, digital modernization, and student welfare programs. The Institute continues to attract local and international recognition for its cutting-edge research and high-impact training curriculum. While assuring stakeholders, parents, and the general public of its unwavering commitment to the safety and welfare of its students, the management reiterated its call for responsible journalism and urged media practitioners to verify facts before rushing to publication. “We remain focused on our mandate and will not be distracted by smear campaigns designed to derail our progress.”
