Okowa's EAC, Oghenesivbe Bags Another Doctorate Degree.

A leader in media politics, Political Communication Strategist and Minister in the Temple of Justice, Olorogun Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, JP, has been awarded a Professional Doctorate Degree in Information and Strategic Management, PhD, by the Senate and Governing Board of Liberal Bilingual University, Togo, LBUT.


Prof Paul Bolorunduro, in a letter dated June 25, 2021 said the Senate of LBUT after reviewing his Academic Thesis, sound academic background and work experience spanning over three decades, approved the award of the prestigious professional doctorate degree.


The degree award will take place at the Rockview Hotel, Wuse Abuja, on Saturday September 25, after three days of academic presentations, LBUT annual lecture and dinner.


Okowa's EAC holds a Doctorate degree in Communication Arts, Masters in Public and International Affairs, Bachelor's of Science Degree in Political Science, Bachelor's of Law Degree, LL.B, Postgraduate Barrister At Law Certificate, BL, Call to Bar Certificate, Diploma in Public Administration and Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication.


He is a Senior Fellow and member of various national and international professional bodies and Rotary International. He is happily married with children.


Oghenesivbe, is currently a senior political appointee in Delta State Government, and holds the portfolio of Executive Assistant to the Governor on Communications, Eacgovdelta.


He is no doubt one of the famous senior Aides to the Platinum Governor of Delta State and Chairman, South-South Governors Forum, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa.


In a swift reaction to his new academic status, Oghenesivbe said the Okowa administration has been a tremendous blessing to him, pointing out that several feathers have been added to his colourful cap in the past four years, and still counting, to the envy of his detractors and to the glory of God.


He described governor Okowa as a deep rooted politician and a visionary leader with a large heart for tolerance and always very happy to see the progress and career advancements of his subordinates.


"I thank Governor Okowa, for giving me the needed support and freedom of expression to exhibit my skills in the volatile and turbulence sphere of strategic communication and media politics," Oghenesivbe said.
