By Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe #cmpgmedia  The legal battle for the 2023 number one job in Delta State, is far from being over as the authentic governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori, has gone ahead to challenge the judgement of the Federal High Court Abuja, at the Court of Appeal, Abuja. The Appellant who is also the incumbent Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, through his Counsel filed Notice of Appeal against the Judgement of the Federsl High Court sitting in Abuja, delivered on 7th July 2022, by Honourable Justice Taiwo Taiwo. Mr. Speaker's legal team as a matter of necessity also filed application for stay of execution of the said judgement and injunction retraining PDP and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, from replacing and/or substituting Oborevwori's name with any other name, pending the final determination of the Appeal at the Court of Appeal.  2023: Oborevwori Wins Again At FHC, Two More Cases Dismissed.. By Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe Esq. The Federal High Court, Abuja Division today  dismissed two more out of the remaining five cases filed by different characters against the Gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori. The first of the cases dismissed today was filed by one Chief Moses Ogbe on ground of alleged disqualification was dismissed by the Court which held that Chief Ogbe is a busy body and that he lacks the locus standi to challenge the nomination of Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.  The second case was a claim by over 200 persons who alleged that they were not allowed to contest the ward congress elections. The Court frowned at their attempt to mislead the Court and held that their case was stale and statute barred. The judgments delivered today in Ogbe v. Sheriff and Ejoh v. PDP., makes it a total of eight judgments in Oborevwori's favour following
