George U. Timinimi & 9 Others. Vs INEC. They  made the statement in a press release at Ogbe-Ijoh Town in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State. Jude Ebitimi Ukori (JP), has expressed his concern over the recent decision by the Warri North local government legislators to bar their chairman, Hon. Smart Asekutu, from accessing the accounts. Tension and mistrust have arisen between councillors and the executive arm as a result of this, and leaders are now calling for a peaceful resolution to be reached. Amb.
