Delta Former Deputy Góvernór Congratulates Emomotimi, Delta New Speaker, Hails Eriyotomi of House of Reps

His Excellency,Deacon Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, the immediate past Deputy Góvernór of Delta State has felicitated with the newly sworn-in Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, RT Hon Dennis Emomotimi Guwor.

The  congratulatory message   described the election of

the two term law Maker from Warri South West State Constituency as an honor well deserved and a call to  serve his father land in higher capacity for the benefit of all Deltans in particular and mankind in general.


In a recent statement posted on his verified Facebook page, H.E. Dcn. Kingsley B. Otuaro  Esq., the former Deputy Governor of Delta State, expressed his delight and offered congratulations to the newly inaugurated legislators from Warri South-West LGA in Delta State.


Otuaro conveyed his heartfelt congratulations to Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, who emerged as the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly. He praised Guwor's leadership qualities and described his achievement as remarkable, stating, "I am truly impressed by Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor's exceptional leadership qualities. His remarkable achievement as the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly deserves heartfelt congratulations."


Otuaro also used the opportunity to extend his congratulations to Chief Hon. Thomas Eriyotomi, emphasizing their close friendship and Chief Hon. Eriyotomi's role as a member of the federal House of Representatives. He expressed confidence in Eriyotomi's dedication to serving the Warri federal constituency, saying, "I extend my warmest congratulations to Chief Hon. Thomas Eriyotomi, a close friend and esteemed member of the federal House of Representatives. I have great confidence in his unwavering commitment to serving the Warri federal constituency."


The former Deputy Governor congratulated all the newly-inaugurated honorable members representing various constituencies across Delta State. He commended their abilities and highlighted the trust and confidence placed in them by their constituents, stating, "Congratulations to all the newly-inaugurated honorable members representing various constituencies in Delta State. Your abilities and the trust placed in you by your constituents deserve commendation."


Offering words of encouragement, Otuaro expressed sincere wishes for their success in their noble journey of serving the people. He encouraged them to approach their responsibilities with dedication, integrity, and a commitment to fulfilling the needs and aspirations of the constituents they represent, saying, "I wish you all success in your noble journey of serving the people. The former Deputy Governor concluded his message with optimism for the future, expressing hope for a fruitful and impactful period of service that would contribute to the betterment of Delta State and its citizens. He called for unity and collective effort in working towards a brighter and more prosperous future, stating, "I am optimistic about the future and hope for a fruitful and impactful period of service that will contribute to the betterment of Delta State and its citizens. The Institute prides itself on maintaining a safe and conducive academic environment for learning, innovation, and professional development in the oil and gas sector. The management in clear terms described the publication as the work of “unscrupulous elements seeking to sow discord and cast aspersions on the steady infrastructural development PTI has recorded in recent years.” As a center of excellence in petroleum training and manpower development, PTI has, under its current administration, seen remarkable transformation in terms of physical infrastructure, digital modernization, and student welfare programs. The Institute continues to attract local and international recognition for its cutting-edge research and high-impact training curriculum. While assuring stakeholders, parents, and the general public of its unwavering commitment to the safety and welfare of its students, the management reiterated its call for responsible journalism and urged media practitioners to verify facts before rushing to publication. “We remain focused on our mandate and will not be distracted by smear campaigns designed to derail our progress.”
