 Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, the former Deputy Governor of Delta State, expresses profound gratitude to God for the exceptional eight-year period he served the people of Delta State. In a reflective speech, he highlights the years from 2015 to 2023 as a remarkable and fruitful tenure, attributing his achievements to God's unwavering faithfulness and the peace he experienced while serving the state.


In his own words, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro states, "I am immensely grateful to God for His faithfulness throughout my eight years as the Deputy Governor of Delta State. It has been an honor to serve the remarkable people of this state, and I am genuinely humbled by the support and trust they have bestowed upon me."


Throughout his time in office, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro dedicated himself to serving Delta State with unwavering commitment, integrity, and a sincere desire to bring about positive change. His leadership was marked by inclusivity, transparency, and a deep sense of responsibility toward the well-being and progress of the people. Reflecting on his tenure, the former deputy governor acknowledges God's faithfulness, which enabled him to effectively serve Delta State.


"The sense of tranquility I experienced while serving Delta State is a testament to God's faithfulness," he adds. "Despite the challenges, His guidance and grace sustained me, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have made a significant impact on the lives of our citizens."

It has been an absolute honor to serve as your deputy governor," he affirms.


Looking towards the future, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro expresses optimism for Delta State and calls upon his successor to build upon the accomplishments of the previous administration while prioritizing the well-being and advancement of the people.
