send a warm congratulatory message to 
Hon Chief Barrister John Nani
on the  momentous occasion
of his  memorable 63rd Birthday Anniversary  celebration by his imnediate Family, Political Family,   well -wishers at home and in diaspora  on 7th July  2023.

who made this known  in Warri Delta State in a Press statement personally signed by him and made available to Media Houses , reads in
part.


" My leader and dependable mentor, the occasion of your birthday is another good opportunity to pour encomiums on
you , because of your penchant towards the development of Urhobo land in Particular and Delta State in general.

 described
Hon Chief Barrister  John Nani
the DESOPADEC Board Chairman as
as a rising star that cannot be extinguished by political traducers
due to  the grace of God upon his
life.

According to Otiotio, the celebrant
Hon Chief John Nani
is a man whose life is filled with divine intervention because the
finger of  God is uniquely at work in his life.


He added saying: 
" The celebration of the 63rd birthday of our illustrious son , brother, friend and Political Lear ,Chief Barr  John Nani is our little Way of  thank Jesus for the gift of this rare gem
to mankind."




He added saying : "" The birthday of our illustrious Son,
our own illustrous son is an apportunity tl
give God thanks fo His benevolence
and Mercy upon us for preserving 
him for these sixty three years of
a Diamond plus in his journey on planet earth."


Comrade Otiotio  reiterated his  committment
to the Leadership of  Chief Nani
thus: " Again let me onbehalf of
my Family to put it on record that l am happy  to express my sincere
gladness  and  joy from the bottom of my heart , as l  join Deltans at home and in diaspora to celebrate  Chief John Nani because of his youthful disposition,
  Youth friendly mien and his sagacity towards Youth oriented 
policies and programme for  good Governance."


Comrade Otiotio,   expressed optimism that , 
 the work given to Chief Nani as the Chairman of DESOPADEC Board
shall grow unfettered to higher ground for the overall interest Deltans across board as detribalized Political stalwart.

Otiotio   pointed out that Chief Jonh Nani , the Chairman of DESOPADEC Board is a grassroot politician With so many dividends of democracy  given to the Youths in the past and present  Political  office
through his big  heart of love.

PTI Defends Its Reputation Against Misleading Sahara Media Report By Wilson Macaulay Effurun, Delta State July 12 2025 The Management of the prestigious Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun, has vehemently refuted a sensational and malicious report published by Sahara Reporters on July 10, 2025, which alleged that students of the foremost oil and gas institution study in “flooded classrooms and snake-infested hostels” despite a ₦39 billion budget. Describing the publication as “baseless, mischievous, and an orchestrated attempt to malign the integrity of the institution,” PTI Management said the report is not only factually inaccurate but also a deliberate attack on the hard-earned reputation and progress of the institution under its current leadership. In a strongly worded statement issued on Friday, the management declared: > “There are absolutely no flooded classrooms or snake-infested hostels within the Institute. These claims are complete fabrications devoid of any evidence or truth.” Management further challenged Sahara Reporters to produce any verifiable photographic or video proof to substantiate its claims. > “If such conditions exist as alleged, Sahara Reporters should have no difficulty presenting concrete evidence. Until then, their report remains a reckless misrepresentation aimed at misleading the public.” PTI clarified that all its lecture halls, laboratories, workshops, and hostels are structurally sound, properly ventilated, electrically powered, and routinely maintained. The Institute prides itself on maintaining a safe and conducive academic environment for learning, innovation, and professional development in the oil and gas sector. The management in clear terms described the publication as the work of “unscrupulous elements seeking to sow discord and cast aspersions on the steady infrastructural development PTI has recorded in recent years.” As a center of excellence in petroleum training and manpower development, PTI has, under its current administration, seen remarkable transformation in terms of physical infrastructure, digital modernization, and student welfare programs.
