The Honourable Commissioner representing Ughelli North, Ethiope East and Urhobos in Patani LGAs of Delta State, on the Board of DESOPADEC, Hon Sylvester Ovbije congratulates His Excellency, Dr Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan, CON, THE ASAMAIGOR 1 OF THE UNIVERSE (former Governor of Delta State  as he clocks 69 years today. 


Hon Ovbije Congratulatory Statement, made available to Newsmen by his Chief Press Secretary, Dcn Jerry Kekeghe, extended his warm felicitations to Dr Uduaghan, saying: “your uncommon leadership qualities, courage, forthrightness, and evident faith in the peace, unity, progress, and prosperity of our dear state have identified you as Delta State most highly respected political icons over the years".


We join together in celebrating this significant day in your life, expressing our sincerest hopes for a future filled with continued success, prosperity, and happiness. Here's to a new chapter and countless years of joyous celebrations ahead.
