Hon. Kingsley Edafiadjebre, the Vice Chairmanship candidate for Warri South LGA  under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), have  extended his  heartfelt congratulations to the Agbarha Monarch HRM King Kingsley Orereh, Igbi 11 on the momentous occasion of the  receipt of the prestigious Staff of Office.

 In a gesture of deep affection and  respect, Hon  Edafiadjebre acknowledged the significance of this honor, highlighting the Monarch's influential role and the promise of continued prosperity and

purposefull  leadership for the Agbarha Kingdom

 " With a heartwarming show of unity and respect for our traditional authorities ,  l Hon. Kingsley Edafiadjebre, the People's Democratic Party (PDP) Vice Chairmanship candidate for Warri South LGA, hereby   extend my  warmest wishes and congratulations to the Agbarha Monarch, His Royal Majesty ,King Kingsley Emuakpo  Orereh, Igbi II, on the

occasion of the  official presentation of Staff of Office to our highly reverred Royal Father.

The PDP stalwart said: "This event in the life of the Agbarha People marks a significant milestone in the history  and sociopolitical development of  the Agbarha Kingdom."

He said: " The presentation ceremony of the Staff of Office Will  be  attended by dignitaries across the globe because it is  indeed an event we are looking forward to with nonstalgia.

He noted: "The celebration already  fixed for june 21st 2024 is  a  reaffirmation of the monarch's authority and the rich cultural heritage of the Agbarha people. 

The Staff of Office,  he noted is a symbol of the Monarch's Authority and responsibility,  which will be  presented by the Delta State Government, to affirm , the recognition and respect the Government have for  traditional institutions in the state."

Hon. Kingsley Edafiadjebre, in his felicitation message  stressed the importance of preserving cultural heritage and the pivotal role traditional rulers play in promoting  unity and community development.

He shawored accolades on  HRM King Kingsley Orereh Igbi 11 ,  Ateneru , Orovwagbarha, Agbarha Ede, for his steadfast commitment to the well-being of his people and his efforts in promoting peace and progress within the Agbarha kingdom.

Continuing, he remarked: "On behalf of my family,  my immediate Political  Family and the entire PDP family in Warri South LGA, I  extend our heartfelt congratulations to His Royal Majesty, King Kingsley Orereh Igbi 11 for the well deserved honor bestowed on You  through the presentation of the Staff of Office to you today June 21st, 2024.

He added : " The recognition of the Monarch is not  only a personal honor for the Royal Father, but a significant event for the entire Agbarha Kingdom. It is a  reaffirmation of  our shared values and commitment to cultural heritage and unity," Edafiadjebre stated.

He further emphasized the need for continued collaboration between traditional institutions and governmental bodies to ensure sustainable development.

 Edafiadjebre explained that the synergy between our traditional leaders and the Government  is crucial for the socio-economic development of our communities. I am confident that under the leadership of HRM King Kingsley Orereh Igbi 11 , Agbarha Kingdom will continue to thrive and prosper to the glory of God.


Hon Kingsley Edafiadjebre pointed out that the presentation of the Staff of Office to HRM King Kingsley Orereh Igbi 11 signifies a renewed era of leadership and development for the Agbarha Kingdom and it stands as a testament to the enduring strength of traditional institutions and their role in contemporary governance.



Hon Kingsley Edafiadjebre also, expressed gratitude to the Delta State Government and reiterated his commitment to serving his people with dedication and integrity if given the mandate as the Vice Chairman of Warri South LGA in the fourth coming Delta State Local Government election.

PTI Defends Its Reputation Against Misleading Sahara Media Report By Wilson Macaulay Effurun, Delta State July 12 2025 The Management of the prestigious Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun, has vehemently refuted a sensational and malicious report published by Sahara Reporters on July 10, 2025, which alleged that students of the foremost oil and gas institution study in “flooded classrooms and snake-infested hostels” despite a ₦39 billion budget. Describing the publication as “baseless, mischievous, and an orchestrated attempt to malign the integrity of the institution,” PTI Management said the report is not only factually inaccurate but also a deliberate attack on the hard-earned reputation and progress of the institution under its current leadership. In a strongly worded statement issued on Friday, the management declared: > “There are absolutely no flooded classrooms or snake-infested hostels within the Institute. These claims are complete fabrications devoid of any evidence or truth.” Management further challenged Sahara Reporters to produce any verifiable photographic or video proof to substantiate its claims. > “If such conditions exist as alleged, Sahara Reporters should have no difficulty presenting concrete evidence. Until then, their report remains a reckless misrepresentation aimed at misleading the public.” PTI clarified that all its lecture halls, laboratories, workshops, and hostels are structurally sound, properly ventilated, electrically powered, and routinely maintained. The Institute prides itself on maintaining a safe and conducive academic environment for learning, innovation, and professional development in the oil and gas sector. The management in clear terms described the publication as the work of “unscrupulous elements seeking to sow discord and cast aspersions on the steady infrastructural development PTI has recorded in recent years.” As a center of excellence in petroleum training and manpower development, PTI has, under its current administration, seen remarkable transformation in terms of physical infrastructure, digital modernization, and student welfare programs. The Institute continues to attract local and international recognition for its cutting-edge research and high-impact training curriculum.
