Non Indigenous Association Urges Okpe Residents to Vote Enmass for Esiovwa/Otikiri , PDP Counsellorship Candidates

Non indigenous Association, Okpe Local Government Chapter has called on the residents of Okpe, both indigenes and non indigenes based in Okpe LGA to vote enmass for Hon Isaiah Esiovwa, and Pastor Mrs Mary Otikiri as Chairman and Vice Chairman respectively in the forthcoming local Government election.


The Association of Non indigenes,  Okpe Chapter  called on residents to






throw their support behind Okakuro Isaiah Esiovwa and Mrs  Mary Otikiri, as well as all the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) councillorship candidates. The Association, led by Mrs. Adeniyi Dolapo, who serves as both Chairperson and Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Non indigenous Affairs, emphasized the importance of collective action in securing the desired outcome because the PDP under Governor Sheriff Oborevwori's  MORE AGENDA has done well for Deltans.


Mrs. Adeniyi Dolapo highlighted the pivotal role Hon. Esiovwa and Mrs. Otikiri could play in advancing the interests of Okpe residents, stressing their commitment to community development and effective representation because the Esiovwa first tenure was a robust track record of laudable achievements.


Mrs Dolapo the Governor Aide emphasized  the need for unity among residents in supporting the PDP candidates who understand and prioritize their welfare like no other Party which makes noise without relevance.


The Vice Chairman of the Association, Chikezie Orji echoed Mrs. Dolapo's view, emphasizing that the upcoming election presents a critical opportunity for Okpe residents to elect leaders who will champion their aspirations at the local government level. He urged voters to consider the track record of  Chief Isaiah Esiovwa and all the PDP Counselorship  candidates for  their dedication to promoting inclusivity and progress within the Okpe LGA.


The Secretary of the Group Mr  Attah Suleman and Mr Yinka John Ayeni the treasurer who also spoke at the  campaign rally ground at Orerokpe emphasized the strategic importance of the election, urging residents to exercise their civic duty by voting for all the PDP candidates in the ballot during the election. 

Mr Attah Suleman and  Yinka John Ayeni encouraged eligible voters to turn out in large numbers on the election day to ensure that their voices are heard in the anticipated victory for PDP.


Chief Lambert, serving as Special Adviser to the group expressed confidence in the leadership abilities of Okakuro  Isaiah Esiovwa, Mrs Mary Otikiri, and all the PDP councillorship candidates, citing their proven commitment to grassroots development and inclusive governance as the merit to vote for them.

In conclusion, the Association of  Non indigenes Okpe Chapter's called for mass support for  Esiovwa/Otikiri, and all PDP councillorship candidates.

This clarion call  underscores their dedication to fostering unity and progress in Okpe. With the elections drawing near, the Association remains steadfast in its advocacy for the PDP candidates who prioritize the welfare and development of Okpe Local Government Area before now.
