General John Abugor The Chairman of Ex-Militants of Niger Delta, Congratulates PAP Administrator Dr. Dennis Otuaro, on His Birthday

The Chairman of the Niger Delta Ex-Militants, General John Abugor, fondly known as ‘The War Lord, and Chairman of Ex Millitants of Niger Delta has extended his heartfelt birthday wishes to Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP). On this joyous occasion, of his birthday.

General Abugor expressed his profound gratitude for the role Dr. Otuaro has played in the Niger Delta region, lauding his contributions towards peace, development, and the empowerment of youths through the Amnesty Programme.


In a statement of appreciation, General Abugor highlighted the significance of Dr. Otuaro’s leadership in transforming the lives of former militants and youths in the Niger Delta. 



General Abugor the  Chairman of Ex Millitants of the Niger Delta said Since taking up the mantle of leadership at the Amnesty Office, Dr. Otuaro has spearheaded initiatives that have uplifted the region and provided numerous opportunities for the youth to thrive, helping them to reintegrate into society through education, skills acquisition, and empowerment programs.


Abugor acknowledged the deep impact of Otuaro’s work in ensuring that the region continues to benefit from peace and economic growth, a vision shared by many leaders of the Niger Delta. He noted that Dr. Otuaro has been instrumental in wiping away the tears of many who once felt abandoned by the system, adding that his efforts have brought hope to the communities.


"The struggle for the Niger Delta’s growth and prosperity continues, and you, my leader, are a beacon of hope in this cause. You have constantly shown empathy for the people, understanding their pain, and working tirelessly to address their concerns," Abugor emphasized. 


"Under your leadership at PAP, the youth have been empowered, and we have seen significant progress in creating sustainable livelihoods."

General Abugor further expressed optimism that with Dr. Otuaro at the helm, the Amnesty Programme will continue to thrive and achieve its goals of fostering peace and development in the Niger Delta. He praised the PAP Administrator for his ability to unite various stakeholders and rally support for initiatives that uplift the region.

In his congratulatory message, Abugor also took the opportunity to thank President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his continued support of the Niger Delta, particularly in selecting capable leaders like Dr. Otuaro, whose dedication and commitment to the region have made a meaningful difference. In the same vein he also commended the laudable effort of High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpomupolo aka Tompolo who was recently honored in London for the good works of protecting critical national assets of our dear nation.

As the Niger Delta continues to witness the fruits of the Amnesty Programme and other empowerment initiatives, General Abugor’s tribute to Dr. Otuaro on his birthday serves as a reminder of the critical role that leadership plays in ensuring the continued progress of the region.
