In the spirit of the festive season, Populist High Chief Wellington Bobo, the esteemed Oropouwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom, has extended warm Christmas and New Year greetings to Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the distinguished Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP). Representing the entire Niger Delta region.

Populist High Chief Bobo’s message captures the gratitude and admiration of the Gbaramatu  people for Dr. Otuaro’s exceptional leadership and unwavering dedication to the Niger Delta's progress.


Describing Dr. Otuaro as a beacon of hope and transformation, High Chief Bobo acknowledged his impactful efforts in fostering peace, empowerment, and development across the region. "Your commitment to the ideals of unity and sustainable growth has brought profound benefits to our people," he stated, lauding the administrator for steering the PAP with integrity and visionary leadership.


The good people of Igoba Community and the entire Gbaramatu Kingdom  also expressed their collective appreciation for Dr. Otuaro’s strides in addressing the challenges faced by ex-agitators, providing avenues for economic empowerment, and championing policies that uplift the lives of the Niger Delta youths.
