Renowned PDP chieftain, Hon. Deacon Peter Ovie, from Ughelli South LGA, former House of Assembly aspirant has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the First Lady of Delta State, Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, on the joyous occasion of her 55th birthday.

Describing her as a pillar of grace, compassion, and unwavering support, Hon. Dcn Peter Ovie praised the First Lady’s dedication to women empowerment, humanitarian service, and spiritual leadership, which have profoundly impacted countless lives across Delta State.

"Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, is not only a beacon of strength to our dear Governor but also a mother to all Deltans. Her selfless service, humility, and commitment to uplifting the less privileged make her a rare gem. We celebrate this milestone with gratitude and prayers for more divine favor upon her life," he stated.
