Progressive Peace Ambassadors of PAP (PPAPAP) Commends Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Over Ongoing Leadership Training

The Progressive Peace Ambassadors of PAP (PPAPAP) has lauded the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, for the ongoing three-day leadership training for camp leaders of Phase 3, currently holding at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Asokoro, Abuja.
The training, which aims to educate the leaders on their vital roles in sustaining peace in the Niger Delta region, marks the first batch of a broader initiative that seeks to include all leaders and critical stakeholders of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
Dr. Otuaro has reaffirmed his commitment to continuous engagement, assuring that all camp leaders across the three phases will be accommodated in future trainings and programmes under his administration.
The Group also emphasized the need for the training of all the concerned phases
so that there will be real inclusiveness and full integration of all the PAP Camp Leaders as as Otuaro have earlier promised.
They reminded DR Dennis Otuaro to keep to his promise by starting the second batch of training immediately after the current one, to ensure that every one concerned benefit from the training program.
They expressed optimism that based on the Pedigree of Otuaro, he will keep to his promise that is why they are all calm now waiting patiently for the second batch to commence soon .
Furthermore, PPAPAP called on Dr. Otuaro to pay greater attention to the Third Phase, noting that this is the first time Phase 3 Camp leaders are benefitting from such a transformative training initiative. They emphasized that while Phases 1 and 2 have undergone similar trainings in the past, this effort marks a new dawn for Phase 3 leaders.
PPAPAP reaffirmed its support for Dr. Otuaro’s administration and encouraged continued peace, unity, and collaboration among all stakeholders of the Amnesty Program.
In the same vein,
PPAPAP also commended Amb. Ekpebide Preye, National Chairman of Phase 3, for his inclusive and transparent leadership style, which has ensured that no one is left behind. The group appealed to leaders not captured in the first batch to remain steadfast in their peacebuilding efforts and expressed confidence in Dr. Otuaro’s pledge to carry everyone along.
