In a goodwill message made available to journalists on Tuesday, General Oloye praised the Delta First Lady for her enduring commitment to humanitarian service, peace building, and the promotion of strong family values, noting that her influence has continued to resonate positively across communities in the state.
He noted that Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori has remained a strong moral support to the administration of her husband, Governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, while quietly touching lives through acts of kindness, encouragement, and advocacy for women, children, and the less privileged.
“At 56, Her Excellency exemplifies grace, wisdom, and humility. She has proven that leadership is most impactful when it is rooted in compassion, fear of God, and genuine concern for the people,” Ofovwi stated.
The security aide commended the First Lady’s consistent disposition towards peace, describing her as a calming influence whose motherly interventions have helped foster unity and social harmony within Delta State.
According to him, her life of service and prayerful support for the present administration has contributed to the stable and people-friendly environment being enjoyed under the MORE Agenda of Governor Oborevwori.
“Her Excellency’s approach to public life reflects strength without arrogance and influence without noise. She has continued to inspire hope and confidence, especially among women and young people,” he added.
General Oloye prayed for God’s continued protection, good health, and renewed strength for the First Lady, expressing optimism that her coming years would be filled with greater accomplishments and expanded impact in service to humanity.
He concluded by wishing Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori a joyful birthday celebration, while encouraging Deltans to continue to support the First Family in their collective efforts toward peace, security, and sustainable development in the state.
