Igali Leads PANDEF to Celebrate Engr. Matthew Tonlagha as He Turns 50

The Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF), under the leadership of its National Chairman, Ambassador Godknows Igali, has extended warm congratulations to renowned Niger Delta technocrat and business leader, Engr. Matthew Tonlagha, as he marks his 50th birthday.
In a goodwill message on behalf of PANDEF’s Board of Trustees, National Executive Council, elders, and stakeholders of the Niger Delta, Ambassador Igali described Engr. Tonlagha as a quintessential example of homegrown excellence whose life at 50 reflects uncommon dedication to service, innovation, and community development.
Ambassador Igali noted that Engr.
