Clark Solidarity For Good Governance and the executive members of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Warri Branch, on Tuesday, March 12, 2025, paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Chief Dr. Edwin Kiagbodo Clark at his country home in Kiagbodo, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State. Speaking after signing the condolence register, High Chief Mike U. Usige, JP, FCIA, the BoT Chairman of E.K. Clark Solidarity For Good Governance, described the late elder statesman as a national leader and an icon of truth, equity, justice, and fairness. He noted that the organization was a product of Chief Clark’s vision, stating: “Papa Clark lived a fulfilled life and was the voice of the voiceless. We are proud of him because E.K. FUPRE Names Prof. Agbalagba as New Vice Chancellor

  By Wilson Macaulay The Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE), Delta State, has appointed Prof. Ezekiel Oghenenyerhovwo Agbalagba as its new Vice Chancellor. Engr. Bello Gachi Issa, the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council, announced the appointment during a press briefing at the university’s Conference Hall. He revealed that 39 candidates applied for the position, but Prof. Agbalagba emerged as the most outstanding candidate after a rigorous selection process. The Governing Council Chair emphasized that Prof. Agbalagba’s appointment followed due diligence and adherence to due process.
