Spurious Allegation Against Tompolo: Niger Delta Humanitarian Rights Group Caution Ariyo of Defamation of Character

  In a strong and unequivocal condemnation of the recent allegations leveled against High Chief DR Government Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo, and his Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL),  Peace Development Security and Humanitarian Rights Association, led by its President, Comrade Mike JK Tiemo, has described the  spurious accusations against Tompolo as “baseless and malicious propaganda.” The group described  the alleged masterminds, the Itsekiri Communities Advocates, led by Barrister Robinson Ariyo, as “mischief merchants bent on undermining the progress and peace in the Niger Delta region.” In a statement released on Monday, Comrade Mike Tiemo the  Group President declared that the Niger Delta cannot afford to be dragged back into chaos by "unpatriotic and self-serving individuals who are clearly on a mission to derail the gains achieved in securing Nigeria’s oil and gas infrastructure by Tantita Security Company since his commencement. PTI PCE Tasks Students to explore NELFUND to Alleviate Poverty

  Onyinyechi Udemezue The newly appointed Principal and Chief Executive of the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun, Nigeria, Engr. Dr. Samual E. Onoji has tasked the Institute’s students to take advantage of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) to ease off their financial challenges. Dr. Onoji who gave the task recently when the Managing Director of NELFUND, Akintunde Sawyerr and his team paid him a courtesy visit recently in Effurun, highlighted that NELFUND was established to provide financial assistance to students nationwide hence the need for the Institute’s students to take advantage of the opportunity.   WARRI – The ongoing construction of the Osubi-Ugolo underground drainage project, spanning over one kilometer has inadvertently plunged numerous business owners into economic despair from Blue Tower School Junction to Lux Mirage Hotel Junction. These individuals, who operate supermarkets, welding workshops, furniture workshops, and other commercial establishments along the affected stretch, have been left without access to their premises due to the deeply excavated pits at the project site. Egbema Offshore Communities Issue 7-Day Ultimatum to Chevron Over Unresolved Demands

  By Wilson Macaulay Warri North, Delta State — The Egbema offshore communities in Warri North Local Government Area have issued a seven-day ultimatum to Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL), urging the oil company to address a series of long-standing and  nascent   demands in respect  ongoing operations in PML 49 etc that have not  been resolved amicably.  The ultimatum, outlined in a press release signed by Comrade Mike JK Tiemo and eleven other community representatives, called for Chevron’s immediate attention to demands related to the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA), Local Content Act, community development, and employment quotas.
