Third Phase PAP Leadership Petition Governor Diri to Call Elaye Slaboh to Order …Say His Actions Threaten Peace and Security in the Niger Delta

By Wilson Macaulay Yenagoa – The leadership of the Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has petitioned the Executive Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri, urging him to intervene and call Mr. Elaye Slaboh to order over what they described as “a grave threat to peace and security in the Niger Delta region.” In a strongly worded petition dated 29th September 2025, and addressed to the Governor’s office in Yenagoa, the PAP leaders accused Slaboh, who hails from Sagbama Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, of parading himself as the National Chairman of the Third Phase PAP despite the expiration of his tenure on September 16, 2025.
