  By Wilson Macaulay In a bold and unequivocal response, the Delta State Host Communities of Nigeria Producing Oil & Gas (HOSTCOM) has condemned the recent publication by the DESOPADEC Indigenous Contractors Forum, describing it as a calculated attempt to mislead the public and tarnish the reputation of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) and the good  name of the State Governor, His Excellency, Rt.
